Parablo

About Us

Parablo was born from something quite simple — from the bedtime ritual of a small family. We are Denis and Martina. Denis is a developer who builds digital things, and Martina holds a master's degree in Croatian language and literature — she lives and breathes stories. Together we have little Vito, who every evening asks for the same thing — a new story. Not just any story. A fresh one. The kind that makes his eyes grow wide, the kind that makes him whisper "one more" when he thinks we're asleep. The problem was that we ran out of stories. We'd read all the books, repeated the fairy tales a hundred times, and Vito's appetite for new worlds only grew. That's when the idea was born — what if we made a place where a new story waits every evening? Not just for our Vito, but for all the little and big people who believe that a good story is the best thing that can happen to you before sleep. That's how Parablo was born. The name comes from "parable" — a teaching story that doesn't tell you what to think, but lets you reach the conclusion yourself. Denis built the platform, and Martina is the one who reads, feels, and approves every story before it sees the light of day. Her eye for language and sense for storytelling are the reason these stories have a soul. Every story lives in a small fictional Italian town called Vallumora, nestled between forests and mountains, where streams wind through meadows and where every life lesson can be learned by watching a tree, listening to a grandfather, or running through the rain with your best friend. We chose this world because it's similar to ours — family, nature, simplicity, and closeness are what matters most in our lives. Every day we encounter the same things we write about: shared meals, children's questions with no easy answers, and those quiet moments when you realize it's all enough. Stories are generated with the help of artificial intelligence — but that's just the beginning. Every story passes through Martina's editorial hand. She selects, shapes, reviews, and approves. Because we know someone will read these words to their child before bed, and that responsibility is the most beautiful part of all this. It's important to us that you know: the characters in the stories are not real people and are not connected to anyone in real life. Names, places, and events are products of imagination — only the ideas and inspirations are real. Everything else is the magic of artificial intelligence and Martina's editorial eye. Since stories are created in a free-form writing style with the help of AI, occasional grammatical or stylistic inconsistencies are possible — but it's precisely that freedom that gives the stories their unique character. Every single day, whether it's Monday or Sunday, a holiday or a workday, at least one new story is published — and sometimes more. Because Vito never skips an evening, and neither do we. Thank you for being here. And may every evening bring you at least one good story. With love, Denis, Martina, and little Vito
